How can I give?

There are several ways to give at Potential Church such as online at www.potentialchurch.com/giving, through our lobby kiosk, or at any of our campus locations.

Is my personal information secure?

Your information is held securely by the Fellowship One system. This information will remain private and will never be given away to third parties, other than to process your scheduled contributions. You can schedule new contributions at any time and can modify or cancel those contributions at any time prior to the date they are scheduled. Once the contribution has been processed, however, it cannot be canceled.

Can I schedule recurring donations?

Yes, you can specify whether you want your contribution made once, weekly, twice per month, monthly, quarterly or yearly. You can set up as many scheduled contributions as you prefer.

How do I create/update recurring gifts?

Once you log in to your account, enter amount you wish to give and how often. From the drop-down menu, you may choose to give a weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual recurring gift.

Will I still receive a contribution statement?

Yes, you will receive an annual statement in January mailed to your home.

What if I change banks or want to adjust the date or amount of a contribution?

You can edit or delete a scheduled contribution at anytime.

How do I update my address?

Unfortunately, you are not able to update your profile through your online giving account. You need to contact us in order to have it updated. You can email us at giving@potentialchurch.com or call 954-434-1500 ext 224.

When will my automatic contribution be charged to my account?

Your account will be charged depending on the option that you selected. You have the option of recurring, or immediately as a one time gift.

How can I keep a record of the amount I have contributed?

Your giving history is loaded on the bottom of the online giving form that you fill out to give.

What if I change credit cards or want to adjust the date or amount of a contribution?

My login email and password is not working after I set up my account. What should I do to create an account?

In order to activate your account you must open a new tab to check your email. It must be the same email you entered to create an account. From there look for your activation email to activate your account and then your New online Account will be ready for you to give.
