Senior Designer & Brand Manager

We’re seeking a talented graphic design manager who can take the Potential Church brand to a “whole nutha level.” For this highly skilled individual, this is more than just a job-this is a calling.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Have a 4-year degree in graphic design. This shows us you put in time learning your craft
  • 5+ years experience in a professional web design or graphic design role
  • You can navigate Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign with your eyes closed, and you know how to use them together in harmony
  • You may not call yourself a “web designer” but you are familiar with WordPress, and understand how web and print design differ
  • You’re armed with excellent communications skills and are a master at articulating the thinking behind design and branding decisions

Graphic Designer

Web Designer/Coder

We’re looking for a web designer with a great eye for design and the wits to match. This highly talented individual will work closely with the Senior Designer and Communications Director on all things web and social media.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a web/graphic designer, with clean, standards-compliant, cross-browser compatible HTML/CSS experience
  • Ability to create unique and superior web designs
  • Solid understanding of PHP, Javascript, Ajax, MySQL, WordPress and best practices
  • Complete fluency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in social networking apps, such as Facebook, both on the web and on mobile platforms

YOUR PERSONALITY

  • You are curious, quick and meticulous, and care about the Web and its users
  • You believe code is a craft and can be beautiful
  • You are passionate about technology and keep up with the latest web trends

We’re looking for a video editor with a great eye for design who loves to tell stories through video. This highly talented individual will take projects from concepting to capturing raw footage to editing the final piece.

  • Extensive hands-on editing experience with Final Cut Pro and/or Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Proven competency in pre-production and post-production
  • Can put together a video shoot anywhere, anytime
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite

We’re looking for someone who lives in the world of web and social media, and who has a heart for Potential Church.  You’re passionate about leveraging your digital influence and knowledge of the web to benefit and support all things Potential Church.

  • Solid understanding of HTML/CSS, WordPress and best practices
  • Proven experience creating web experiences and social media plans with measurable outcomes
  • Expert in social networking apps, both on the web and on mobile platforms
  • Significant professional experience in marketing, promotion, and web design

Global Connect Group Pastor

We’re looking for an experienced leader, who has a passion to see people grow in their relationship with Christ, to serve in this pastoral role. This person will provide oversight and leadership development to a thriving small group ministry.

  • At least one year of experience leading large groups, preferably in a church with average weekend attendance of more than 2,000 people
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to work within a team and adapt to cultural changes
  • Experience recruiting and equipping volunteers and leaders
